My Soarer down in Canada
#19
Yeah i was thinking of going with 18's, or possibly slamming it on 20's, can't decide.......I really like the Works rims they make a nice rim that looks good on these cars with some dish, but I've seen alot of nice rims on this forum.
Zgagnon, thanks for the help I'll certainly keep that in mind

Sooooo it's been awhile since I've posted an update, I got quite a bit done, I am happy to have it back on the road and actually get to enjoy her.
I have a bunch of pictures of the whole process but they're on my camera which is at my parents acreage, so all I have are some update pics of the stance with her all shined up...
When I bought the car, the original importer wasn't sure if it had the R154 or the W58 transmission, so I ordered the BillyM bushing kit with the bronze cintered bushing, turns out I didn't need it because I have the R154!!! I was pretty stoked about that, so I used the poly urethane socket and seat, shifts like butter now.(I have the bronze cintered bushing if anyone needs it I can ship it out at your expense). While I had the shift lever open I changed my transmission oil.......thank god, it was green/black thickish nasty smelling oil from hell, I used some Redline MT-90 and it is a dream i tell you.
I got my HIDs installed, as well as I swapped out as many LEDs as I could. I got matching 6K 5-LEDs to match, I installed them in my daytime running lights, interior, cornering lights, trunk, and license plate!
Here is a pic of just the daytime LEDs
And here is a pic of the HIDs with the daytimes on of course
I took out my cluster, replaced 2 transistors and 4 capacitors as well, got it all fixed up
I bought the Apexi power intake, got it mounted, everything is lookin good, now I just need my 5Zigen to show up so I can get my custom exhaust done, as well as my intake piping
Here are a couple pics of the FMIC install
And a couple pics of how she sits now all shined up!!
I'll have more pictures to post when I get my camera back, that's about it for now, hope you like it
