Well fellas, I have finally joined....for about a year I have come to this forum to find out anything and everything I needed to know about my sc400...With all the great advice given here i have changed my two front headlights, removed my stock radio and replaced it with a new one...changed my timing belt, radiator, alternator, two front lower control arms(93 supra arms),water pump, two front speakers, power steering pump, and last but not least my spark plugs....quite amazing for a guy that had no clue about repairing cars. So to everyone that has pic, posted and explained, I personally thank you and I appreciate your help....Thanks

clicking means your battery has no juice left in it....buy a new battery...In some cases your battery may have just died as a result of your altenator not charging it. But when you turn the ignition and hear a clicking noise (starts off really fast then slows down) this is because your battery has nothing left....

I see you've done your power steering pump, if it was leaking for long it contaminated the alternator which slowly goes to ground and barely charges the battery, jump your car and get it running, check voltage at the battery at idle - if you're only getting 12.75 or so the alt is starting to go, the battery light on the dash will come on soon, get a new ($$) or reman alt, be sure to get an exact oem replacement, it's 150A on the v8, replace the battery at the same time since it will have suffered damage from not being fully charged. The new alt will put over 14V into the battery at fast idle.
