What made you arrive at that conclusion? It looks exactly like my old 97+ lip that I had on for several years.

First because I have that identical front lip sitting at the shop for a customer and the OP sent me a picture of the lip on a 96 and below front... Your really can't see the different line of that lip compared to the pictures posted of a vertex lip kit? Totally different.

Yeah, those pics aren't convincing at all. The lips looks pretty much identical. Only thing different is the bumper they are sitting on.

You might think they look different because of the different angles the pictures are taken at and color also plays a trick on how curves of the lip appear at different lighting. I've been designing bodykits for several different companies for the last 7 years, so I have a pretty good grasp on this type of stuff.

If anything, the 97+ looks like it is a bit more aggressive and taller. But the OP never posted pics of the lip kit near a car, so without a reference point, you can't really tell the dimensions of the kit. I would've measured my Vertex lip height, but it's long gone.

I do remember that from top to bottom is was just under 7" (at the sides which were the tallest point), but I don't have exact measurements.

hahah no worries. I have just stared at one for the last 2 week here at the shop so I automatically knew what it was.

The angle on the 96+ is forward down and the 96 and below is kinda upward. I think there is a huge difference between them but irrelevant at this point lol
