hmmmm
How much would this cost and would it even be worth it?
Maybe if I supercharge I guess.
I wonder how superchargers respond to manual trannies.

Since it'd be all custom anyhow, you'd be better off using T-56 from a Camaro,$1,000 on a good day.Shifter looks like it'll line up,gearing's great when used with the auto SC rear end, just need a couple weeks locked inside my shop to fab a flywheel, and a bellhousing, driveshaft.

couple of weeks? Sounds pricey..how much would that cost?
Also my high stall speed torque converter is pretty much useless after that point..right?

Oh,I'm sure someone would buy the torque convertor.
I would like to do this to my car, pending the sale of another car,and getting a beater to use as a daily driver, when this happens,I'll be sure and make some notes as to the details, would save alot of time for someone else attempting to do the same.
My next research item will be to measure the voltage of the speedo sender at a given speed,so as to be able and adapt to another(GM)sender unit possibly.I need to calculate the difference the gearing will make, and include that also.
This will be important to have so the ECM has a good input for vehicle speed.
