I finally got my yellow 1156 bulbs from www.autodynamic.com today. They are really awesome. They are exactly like the Lexus yellow fogs....which surprised me and impressed me.
Only $2.50 each too.
Do luck SC...as per your questions....they came in a clear zip lock bag....so there was no writing on it and Im not sure who makes the bulbs. The bulbs themselves say Made in Japan on them and 35W.....even though I think they are only 21 watt bulbs.

I have Narva 85w H3s in "gold", and they match the GS400 foglight perfectly. No melting that I've experienced either. If that's what you want, then buy those. I think they are only $16 each at SUVLights. BTW Narva if you're unfamiliar is made by Philips Germany.
The problem with this look is that the foglights are too big. On the GS, the headlights are larger than the foglights by about four times so it looks good. Same thing with the IS and the BMW 3-series. On the SC, the foglights look twice as big as the headlights. Make them yellow and it looks odd, IMO. I need some vinyl headlight dressings to cover up half the foglight in order to make it look right.

I was told by Jen that these were the brightest, most yellow H3 bulbs available compared to PIAA, CandlePower, and WorldLight without having to jump to 100w. They are actually slightly brighter than the stock Koitos if you can believe that. Can't wait 'til the winter fog sets in
. But I may be buying some Hella Micro DX foglights in the end.
