50 miles shy of 200K!!!
Oh so I still remember the day I drove my, brand new to me, Lexus SC400 home for the first time about a year and a half ago. Now, shes about to roll that 6th digit #1 to a #2 to make 200,000 miles on the clock! She still runs great, drives great BUT I want to know what she needs to keep her that way and keep her pristine! Parts I have replaced myself over the year and half below (mechanically oriented parts) I know she needs a drop planning on Tanabe springs!
NEW PARTS
-New Radiator (old one cracked)
-Thermostat
-K&N drop in Air Filter
-Spark plug wires
-Rotors and pads
-Battery
-Front calipers (wouldn't completely decompress ruined my rotors, so replaced them)
-Distributor Rotors and Distributor caps
What I need to know is, other than the parts I have replaced recently, at 200K what should I be needing replaced to keep her running perfect to run another 100K!!! Any help appreciated!!!
Shes still young!

My car likes to jump a bit out of the ordinary when I put it into drive, I did a bit of research and found it could be the engine mounts and tranny mounts?

don't forget your differential flush....like your power steering fluid, it is often overlooked and not maintained properly. Lexus differentials WILL wear out if you do not maintain them. BTW, I LOVE all REDLINE products!!!

Yep planning on it, very soon!
Lol exactly, I'm 100% sure mine will run past 300,000!
Lol I wish mine was still that young!
Actually checked the differential fluid last summer and it looked brand new, I think the last owner had that done along with the tranny fluid. Looks clear still and not burnt. So I'm glad that was done!
