Default Front fitment question

This is kinda hard to look this up through search because its pretty specific.

Im wondering if you guys can post some pics of your front fenders fitted with a 18x10 +7 offset.. I just want to see how much you guys rolled to fit them and what not.

I wanna see if +10mm more in the front for my SC would look good or not. My offset right now is +17.

Thanks for any help.

imo your car looks perfectly fine right now. anymore and youll need more camber or more aggressive pull which means youll need more aggression in rear. what you dooooooooo seem to be lacking is those fog lights... which i have for sale... down the street from you.

it all depends on if youre willing to take in a little more camber. I remember a work wheels thread and someone having 18*10 0et front and 18*12 0et rear. rears were slightly flared and decent amount of camber. this same setup is what gives me inspiration that my 18*10 -1 and 18*10 -26 will work perfectly. post some pics and specs when done.

Thanks for the input, as for the fog lights, im good that. lol

Well im gonna run 5mm more in the rear bringing it to +2 in the rear so i think itll be somewhat matched.

Calitri: How much of a difference was the 9.5s at +7 compared to 18x10 +17?

Well the +7 was on my silver SC that had the front fenders pulled, prolly could have easily had it at +0. On my new SC I just shaved the fenders so +17 is flush with the fender. I could make it +15 and still be fine. But the 10'' width makes them sit just as flush as the 9.5" with the lower offset..

How much camber are you running on both?

it was like -3.6 natural camber from the drop when i got my alignment. Here is my current set up if it helps, fenders are just shaved because I wanted to keep them looking OEM...

this is 9.5+0 in offset calculator shows that my rim will sit 1mm more out then yours, with a 225 shaved fenders...switching to a 215 as we speak, i cant really turn without rubbing if the tires are tucked...thus why im going to run smaller front tire. Dont really want to pull the fender for clearance because it will just put the rim further away from the fender when aired down. I dont know what the camber specs aired down but aired up when the rim is about 1.5" above the fender which is my ride height the camber is about -2.

I had 18x10+13 on my front with a 235/40, no pull just flattened the tabs. Camber was -2.5* no rubbing except on hard turns

I guess it seems i might be able to pull this off then!

My front fenders are kinda messed up from a previous tire set up, so if you guys can fit those without much fender modification i hope i should be fine.

Any more set ups that are close would help a lot though.
