Mini Group Buy: 97+ Big WIN front lip
#61
Problem is... I doubt ordering some lips is a priority for any dealerships... especially ones for a car that has been long out of production, and one that might not even sell. You say people will buy them but I call bs on that. I mean only one fellow member signed up for this. That's just sad. And nobody complained about the shipping time, it's all about the price.

That's why I had to work my butt off to get someone to make a lip very similar out of poly and even that didn't sell as much as I thought. It's unfortunate but on the flip side if you do get it you have the piece of mind that you will be in rare company.

Alot of people buy like I do, on impulse. I can tell you if it was readily available I would probably go ahead and buy it. I don't like waiting for things.
What's a couple lips to Carson Toyota? It's a big dealership I'm assuming and if it's anything like the dealers here, it's nothing.
Just saying. Hope this goes through for you guys!

^ Thats true but also to a business its not worth it, its basically a hook up. It all comes to basic economic principles. Profit is marginal and demand is low at such low supply of a highly elastic product, if I were a financial adviser I'd advice against it all together. They're making the right move.
