Default Question on radiator...

Just a quick question... Can a sc300 radiator work on sc400?

NO the offsets on the inputs and outputs are different for the hoses. I am sure you can get anything to work but do you want to keep it factory looking.

I am pretty certain you can use it but it does require different hoses. The sizes are essentially the same.

yeah you gotta modify it to fit. i wanted an all aluminum one but i couldn't find one for the 400 and i didn't wanna do the modifications to make it fit, so i just got the koyo with the plastic tank, it's been good so far...

I had one of those but the plastic tank and the body separated at the seam. It was six weeks before the head gasket officially went. I think the compression blew it apart so I don't blame the radiator.

yeah well it's gonna over heat causing head damage if you don't address the f'd up radiator lol... i was driving with a busted radiator for 3 months, but i was meticulous about filling it up every 2 days and keeping my eyes glued on the temp. i didn't run into problems but i also don't recommend doing it that way

and Wade, was yours a Koyo? they're usually very strong...
