Default looks like goodbye for now

well its been nice being on here but it looks like its time for me to go, at least for a few years. a few months ago i was in a parking lot accident and the damage was going to cost to much to fix so i decided to get a newer car but it had to be cheaper on insurance because of the accident. i now have a 2003 mazda6 v6 5speed.

heres the last picture of the sc before the accident.

and here is the damage that was done

I used to own a 2004 V6 Mazda6 5spd. I won't tell you what I thought of it and why I sold it, but long story short, I now drive a 97 5spd SC300, and me gusta much more.

But again, not to discourage. T'was a fun car while it lasted, and I hope you have more luck with it than I had with mine. Too bad about your SC as well.

Oh, and good luck on the Mazda6 forums. They're a... peculiar bunch.

My friend has a Mazdaspeed 6 and my SC had less rust in it's 17 years of existence. We couldn't even get the exhaust bolts off after 4 years. They had corroded completely. Under the hood was the worst part. all of the shock bolts, motor mount bolts, etc all had rust around them. I found it quite disturbing.

Other than that it's a comfy four door with decent handling. Best of luck, hang out at mazda247 forums.
