Whats the easiest way to remove the stock calipers and rotors? I had a little trouble removing the rotor, and I didnt really want to go nuts on it with a hammer... Should the rotor just slide of, figure that is rusted on, but not sure...

have you tried rust removal sprays? I'd reccomend using that. if it still won't come off, then you will have to use two bolts.
you should see two holes, these are (i believe) 11 mm (you can also snag these off the sides the radiator, not on the radiator but to each side of it)
screw in each of the two bolts a little at a time. you will hear a loud pang sound when the rotor is off.
