So here's a quick update on whats been going on.... After pulling the motor, I began the process of getting the GTE ready for "prime time", but I quickly realized that the wiring issues proved to be super challenging. I made every attempt to locate the needed information to do the conversion, but no luck... I even contemplated sending the wires to Dr. Tweak but the wait time was 6 weeks or pay a extra $150 to receive "expedited" service. I decided not to go that route... I ended up putting the motor up for sale and sold it super fast (thanks to 94_soarer).
So my plans have changed yet once again.... I've now decided to go NA-T.
So this is were I'm at as of today:
I bought a bottom end bored out .40 over, forged pistons, TT rods, ACL race bearings, polished crank etc... Tial wastegate, Blitz BOV, 4" intercooler, Down pipe, Brand new Borg Warner s366 (Modified for super quick spool 80/71) Blitz boost controller, Turbo blanket...
I already ordered my turbo manifold. The only parts that are needed so that I can drop the motor back in are: Transmission cooler, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, FFIM, injectors, head gasket, fuel pump, Speed limit defender, catch can and few other minor parts.. So If you guys know of anyone selling anyone of those items, contact me. (the major items that is)
I'm not sure what my plans are as yet the management setup. If the money is right, I may just go the "MegaSquirt" route. If not, I may just get a piggy back for the moment...
No plans for the trans as yet. I know that I want to stay auto. I just haven't decided on who/what company I'll be using... BL or Titian...
But here a few pics of some of the parts that I've received thus far:
Stay tuned...

Here's a quick update of my progress. So I've finally dropped the motor back in the car. But prior to doing that, I sent out the manifold and down pipe to be ceramic coated... I had them coated in flat black... I'm not going for too much of a flashy look.. I want more of a "toned down" appearance... (I'll let the build do all the talking)...
So now the car is at the muffler shop getting all the plumbing done....
Here are a few pics of what's been going on thus far:

Here's the plain English explanation: The S366 is a bad *** turbo that produces BIG numbers... But it doesn't spool quick at all... So to get the big numbers with a quick spool, you have to do some custom turbo work= 80/71
I plan on staying auto so I had to figure out a turbo setup that will hit fast "and" hard....

Wouldn't triming the wheel throw off the balance?
And to be completly clear since I like to break stuff down:
1.the benefit of doing this mod is for the simple fact that the exdurcer has less resistance to spin the indurcer in order to spool...Correct?
2.So wouldn't trimming the exdurcer cause an excess of back pressure since it was design for a 73mm wheel which you modded to a 71?
3.And just to make it simple wouldn't it have been alot easier to just drop down to the .88 Hotside?
