UPDATE:One of the rear wheels only had 15 psi.in themand I lost about 1-2 mpg with this tank.Wondered what happened then realized I had the front jacked up overnight so air pressure prob seeped out.Of course having 265-35-18 the tires didn't look low at all. Thanks for the input though guys
I bought 2xBridgstone Potenza S-02 235-40-18 for the fronts a couple weeks ago with a alignment/mount/balance (with print out)and since I got them when I drive on the Hwy it feels like it's tram-lining?Like the rear wheel feels a little wiggly jiggly sometime, especially at speeds of 80+.Checked the rear bushings ok,center wheel nut fine.Only thing I can think of is that these are summer tires and the sidewalls are a lot softer than the Falken Ziex that were on them before so maybe they are flexing then transferring it to the rear?..IDK...I have 35 psi(max 51psi)in them now....any ideas?Should I just say it's the tires I got or do I need more air??![Sad](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/sad.gif)
Thanks

It honestly sounds like your tires aren't balanced. At 80mph that would give you a dynamic imbalance (wobble and shimmy as it rotates. This could start around 40 and get worse as you speed up. Did you get a wobble before you had your tires rebalanced?

Well I've had for the past year an"out of balance feel"on the front passenger side from a small bend in a wheel but, after these tires it's a different feeling just has this wiggle shift that makes you feel like it's coming from the rear but,I don't think it is.kind of like driving on the hwy on a very windy day you kind of get that shift but,it comes from both sides.

Hm... Have you had your wheels rebalanced since the bent rim? Have all 4 tires rebalance or front two your choice. When you balance the front with the bent rim, the machine should take to account the slightly adjusted weight (due to your bent rim). if I'm wrong please correct me.

How were your wheels balanced? Most likey they just did a static balance because you have big wheels and low profile tires. A static balance only balances up and down movement so you need to make sure your dynamic balance is good too. You cam always go to a place that does road force balancing but it cost more. Make surr your wheels are hub centric and if notget some hub rings.
