SC is getting a makeover
Well I had the day off work, and the snow here is crappy right now. So instead of snowboarding, I brought the car in the shop to start shreddin!
So apparently, the previous owner of my car had the transmission serviced. The next day, he hit a slick spot on the road and ended up spinning out and hitting a guard rail with both front corners and the rear driver side quarter.
Damage was minimal. No major front end damage. So I decided to start tearing into it.
Thats about 20 pounds of sound deadening material.
More pics up soon

Thanks! My plans are to get the cage welded in first. Remove the v8 and build something else. Get suspension and brakes and safety gear. Then take it to the road race course. I live 30 minutes from the Miller Motorsports Park. There may be a little drifting involved on occasion Oh and hopefully some mean rolling burnouts!

Do the exact same thing to my car at the moment. 2" of insulation was appauling to me. I was going to leave the carpet before I realized how heavy the chunk I pulled back was. Its all coming out.

I had a RACETECH seat in one of my old cars, so I might go with another one of those. Do the Celica seats bolt in to the SC?
