rolling the fenders is when you roll up the sharp edge of metal on the inside of the fenders. this way you have a little more room for wheel, and if you do rub, instead of a sharp "L" shaped piece of metal, it's rounded like a "U" shape, and won't cut your tires.
there is a device that mounts on the hub and has a wheel on the other end. It rolls about the flat bottom on the "L" above until it presses it flat. It does it a little at a time so as to not screw up the body work.
If this is something that you're going to do, be careful. As the above poster mentioned, you can chip your paint doing this. I don't know what kind/quaility paint Lexus used on our cars but I have had instances where a heat gun was used as a measure against this.
