my vote would be the vairano's if i had to pick one .

And if your asking why I dont particularly like them its not that they are ugly or cheap or anything like that , its just if im going to buy aftermarket wheels I am the type of person that would want something that is going to turn a few heads or really add to the look of my car.

Im not rich either so I dont have high end wheels right now but I think if you look around , e-bay, craigslist etc... you can really find a nice set at an affrodable price, especially if u go used.

Anyways keep us posted on whichever way you go.

x2.................

^ +1 on that. Been trying to find a set of used Works or Volk or something along those lines but nobody seems to be selling the size/offset i want. Its hard to find exactly what you want used when it comes to wheels but its possible. Im holding off until i have to change my tires or brakes. then i will be getting new wheels, LS400 Brakes, Rotors, Pads and tires. Its going to be a bad day for my wallet......

Good luck again on the search.

Well, I think I've decided to go with the Caldwell.

Is there anyway someone could photoshop them onto a red SC?
Thanks

One other thing. The wheels I have on right now are an 18x8 +30 with 245/40/18 and the fronts sit perfectly flush, but someone else said I could go +20 with these 17x8 wheels and still be flush. I'm just afraid of the fronts sticking out too much if I go +20. Anyone have an answer on that?

Your probably going to want to get those wheels staggered. Especially running a 275, maybe do a 17x10 or at least 17x9 in the rear.

They only make these wheels in 17x8 with 40-20 offset. I ran 275's on my 18x8 wheels and they fit just fine.

go for at least some 18s !!! but if you like 5 spokes.. heres a picture of 17" IS300 rims on one of my old SC300s for something quaility and looks decent. (tire sizes are a little small tho =/). You will need spacers to make it decent as well, but at least you get the idea.

17's look fine on an SC, you just gotta have the stance dialed in. Post up pics when you get them in!
