The link given was a thread I read up on a while back. I liked the way that it turned out minus a few different thing. Regardless of such, the only input that I can place here would be to not dye your leather black. It looks absolutely amazing...at first. However, the transition from tan to black is so severe that you'll find yourself with tan showing through within a couple of months. It's going to wear pretty quickly.

I've had good results with the fabric and trim dye/paint as well as another member and friend of mine, I'd recommend replacing a few parts for sure. Don't bother dying your seats.. They will need replaced for sure they don't stand a chance being died. All switches will need swapped as well as seatbelts.. for $20 on ebay you can get a black vinyl leather arm rest cover. You will use alot more dye then you expect for sure, I used about 5-6 cans on the carpet and mats to get them dark enough.. A big PITA to take your interior out of your car piece by piece and clean every part. I hate the old man tan personally. Black looks much more sporty in my opinion

Hahah it was driving me nuts! It got dirty so quick. My girlfriend alway All & all I''ve seen good results and I've seen bad. If you have no paint experience definitely read up on prepping a part for paint, a light sand with 500 grit to rough the surface up.. complete wash and wipe down to get the dust off and then either a commercial prep or even a water and rubbing alcohol solution will work out for you read the instructions and follow them closely. I have alot of paint experience so make sure you learn to have a good eye for even layers. After everthing is said and done without seats (I'm purchasing bride or recaro and getting the rear wrapped to match) I've spent about $200 on paint/dye and prep and the center console leather. Still looking to find a good deal on switches and seatbelts everyone wants like $400 for both.. It looks alot better in the end though for sure

My car is ripped apart because it's still a work in progress but I can snap some pics. I will ask my friend Zach to post a picture of his his soarer he dyed (he was my inspiration
) Only place I've had chipping is removing the cluster and smacking it off the edge of my dash a bunch rest of it has taken abuse to me craling around banging tools off it etc
