Question Have LED '97 tails been done?

I love how the GS430 LED taillights look on my brother's GS, but I'm wondering if something like that can be done for the SC300 '97 taillights. Does anyone have pictures? Not sure if I really want this done, but I'm curious of how it looks.

clear corners makes one but it doesn't have the individual led look. just the brightness/speed of leds.

I've never seen any sold for the SC. My brother had a set on his 01 LS 430 but for some reason tail manufacturers think SC owners won't buy them. There are far more SCs on the road looking for new tails than there are owners of 01-04 LS's, I promise!

^ But no SC owner would want to pay for the price of these new tails. People with LS's have money, and majority of the SC owners do not

Yep, both DIY (by me and one other person) and clearcorners which nobody will ever actually pay for. (I know of 1 person ever).

They were $300ish, and that's for 4 pieces since they split the trunk lid. I would pay that for brand new OEM-looking LED tails. They're no more expensive than many sets of 15+ year old used stockers.

The ones for my Dodge truck cost $150 and they look 100% OEM too.

It's not that SC owners don't want to pay for nice LED tails, its the fact that they don't exist, and the factory 95's and 97's still look the best. the only option is DIY on the OEM tails for right now, unless you like the ebay ones which aren't LED either, but I think they chose the wrong style taillight to copy because they used the 92 version of the tails it seems, and its not the most popular among the SC crowd.

2 years later... i still haven't finished them yet, but they'll be done in time for tx2k12.

i have only seen 1 sc with the clearcornersdotcom ones, and it was a black metallic vertex ridge sc in the uk. the price is a bit high, but my diy tails aren't exactly cheap either.
