So, even though I got my SC just a short while ago, I already want to part with it.
WHY I need help: The car is in Vancouver Canada, imported from the US.
It has a rebuilt status title (salvage title in the US). It actually only had minor damage from an accident in the states, but the guy who imported it did so while the car was damaged, so it gets an automatic rebuilt status when entering Canada. No frame damage or anything like that.
Car checked out fine and registered no problem after inspection upon entering Canada.
Details:
-1997 5spd. 125K (miles)![Woohoo](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/woohoo.gif)
-Dark Red
-Stock 2J-GE. 100% mechanically sound. Power steering works. No leaks and no creaks. Perfect daily driver.
- Custom 2.5" exhaust with brand new magnaflow muffler
-Spring + strut combo with lots of life left, pretty low. Quality parts.
-All interior LEDs work
-Stock radio
-Beige interior, driver seat in rough condition. Color matched seat covers.
-Comes with almost brand new winter tires on steelies.
I was thinking $6500 since its mechanically very good, in overall 7/10 condition and a 97 5spd. So all the 97 goodies are already there. I just don't know how much the rebuilt status takes away from it?
My mind is made up on whether or not I want to keep it, so any appraisal help very much appreciated!! Thanks

No, it helps for sure. It gives me a start off point to base my price from. Of course my starting price won't be what it sells for either.
One thing to note is that is that Western Canada is a **** when it comes to car prices. Usually more expensive than the east coast, and definitely higher prices than the US.
I should have mentioned that mine is repainted as well.Based on what you said I think I'm in the right ballpark .
Thanks for the input dude!
