I know, i know, search...but, i can't figure out how to take the darn thing out. I've read the DIY page, and followed every bit of it, but i just can't figure out how it's still stuck in there. I took some pictures to show where i'm at right now. I appreciate any help you guys can give me!

What's the point of dropping the column? Anything else i've missed? I've given it a couple tugs here and there, but it wont budge...
(the pics aren't that big i swear, they're not that big on photobucket!!!!)

No you can remove it with those still on... IF you got each bolt it says to remove thats on the FSM you should just pull it out. There are a total of 2 bolts 3 nuts and 2 clips. The clips are at the top of the dash attached to the A-Pillar. Going left to right... 1 bolt at the bottom of the dash, 2 nuts inside of the gauge cluster housing, 1 nut that is just to the left and below the right most AC vent and 1 last bolt at the bottom of the dash on the far right. There are 5 clips that also keep it attached at the top of the firewall below the windshield. If you can wiggle the dash and it feels free you have to pull it with a lot of force but be careful.

Well, i got it out. At that point i actually just had the wiring harness keep it in place as well as the numerous clips in the back, i just gave it a really big tug from the center and POP, out she went! All i had to do left was to remove the 2 phillips screws holding that junction box in place, as well as cut free the last bit of harness.
It was harder to put back in that out for some reason. Lol.

I just swapped my entire dash. The whole process is a nightmare, lol. due yourself a favor, get a flashlight. and a magnatized screwdriver. take everybolt or screw out that u find, give it a little tug, if u find resistance, trace it to where u may have missed a screw. hang in there, it will come out

you need to remove the two screws at each door, the two nuts behind the guage cluster, the two bolts in the front of the airbag and the one bolt under the airbag along with the two push pins at the top corner of the dash on the a-pillars.
I found it easiest to leave the wiring harness attached to the dash, you just need to remove the bulkheads from the kick panel on each side of the body
