Okay so I had my uncle(an idiot that's good with cars) help me replace my window regulator. In the process he shut the passenger door and closed the mechanism that allowed me to open it without the panel on, in the door jam and now I can't open the door to get it out. Any ideas about how to fix this?

 

ummmmmm walk around to the outside of the door and pull the handle maybe??

 

Lol I wish it was that easy. It's not responding to anything at the moment

 

unlock the doors and try again if not just pull the wire and it should open if its stuck in there or reach above the actuater and pull down on the door handle mechanism

 

I fixed it. I didn't realize the door was locking even when I hit the unlock switch on the drivers door. I ended up pulling both at the same time and it opened first try. I feel like an idiot...but an accomplished idiot
