It might be an "old man's" car, but I always notice people staring at it when I roll into a parking lot somewhere. No one in my town gives a modded Civic or the like a second glance.

Yours is a classy example of a future classic. Pat yourself on the back for a good choice.

Nice choice on wheels, those look exactly like the Nurburgring I almost got, but instead went with something a bit more spokey, it was a very tough decision. I have a '96 same color and plan on doing the '97+ kit as well. Car looks great.

thanks!. right now it needs a 97+ tail lights and spoiler then it'll look exactly like a 97, but right now i just want all the bodywork fixed. It annoys me.

also just basically did a tune up. Timing belt, driver belt, pumps, sparks, oil changes, etc. also installed shocks, but body.......its so expensive.

Cleaned my engine bay. I will also be sending my car to get the hood and fender re-aligned along with fixing the bumper pretty soon, Then i'll get some touch up paint to fill in the chips and I should be good on the body for now.

heres the engine bay cleaned btw

Looking good. Just sold my white SC a few months back (kept my black one) and always thought it was one of the cleaner looking colors on an SC. One of the biggest perks to white is you can see every little line and detail lexus put in the car.

Thanks guys!

Right from the start my choice was either white or black and I'll take which one that came up first. The bumper is fixed and my doctor colorchip thing has arrived so I'm good. Later on I do want the 97+ spoiler I also finally changed the battery and alternator which I believe completes all the maintenance needed. (already did the others a few weeks ago.)
my next plan is to do the BFI intake and change my driverside headlight (when I'm free) since I found out (the shop) that its actually broken. I suspected this due to condensation inside of it.

later on when I get a job again I'll want a new exhaust system

Nice project. Just needs the 97 rear bumper to finish the updated look.

bumper and the spoiler

I just used like a normal de greaser which i left there for a few minutes. Then I brushed it and sprayed it with water, but not on the engine block so it doesnt go into the spark plugs. Then I just wiped it down and used the tire shine (armorall) to make rubber shine and some windex on the metal parts.
