Just got my "next car". It's a 5-speed 2005 Legacy GT wagon. They only made around 1800, but these were more in my price range than the Forester XT I was originally looking for. Bought it with a couple mods (shortshifter and brake pads), and added the roof basket on top for extra cargo space. Next mod will probably be CBE to hear that boxer rumble!

Here is a picture from the other day right as I was leaving Denver to drive back here to LA.

And one in the Mojave desert.

Oh and don't worry, I still have the SC, and probably will for a LONG time. It only has 215k, still plenty of life left.

My next vehicle was a Lexus LS430 UL. However, I still have the SC400.

Despite the fact they're in lower class than the SC, I would like to own FR-S or BRZ. They have a close resemblance to LFA and feel of next gen/1st gen SC. Obviously SC and FR-S/BRZ(hachiroku) come from different origins but I feel like they're the little sportier brothers.

I would keep the SC, of course.

They never were able to fix some of the problems. I had less trouble with the SC over 18 years than I had with the SL in three.

I plan on keeping the SC for a long time since I have the ISF for my weekend car. But I guess if something happened to my SC then I might consider an SC 430. I don't need two 4 door cars lol.

That's the main thing I am worried about is maintaining one of those. But I just can't get over how nice they look every time I see one on the road. I do understand that those cars do not compare to the SC because in the past 7 years of owning my SC, I haven't had a major problem and I do not plan on getting rid of my SC for a long time. I may just have to be prepared if I decide to own one of those cars.

I have had 3 cars since I sold my SC and seriously unless you have the cash to buy a brand new Lex or Bimmer dont even switch it up. I am on the hunt for my second SC now lol
