Default 18" wheels on stock suspention

Does anyone have a picture of this? I want to go with the ISx50 10 spoke wheels and tires that will make the overall diameter of the wheel+tire equal to the stock 16" setup, but I don't plan to lower the car. I need to know if this will look like crap or not.

Ive searched and searched and its very hard to find a picture of what I need.

Most likely it will look like a 4x4. Here is an old pic from when I had the 17" IS300 wheels on my stock suspension

Thanks for the pic, that's what I was afraid of.

Nice Camry by the way, Ive got a 91 wagon and a 98 SC4 in black, we're almost twins.

Going offroading any time soon? <GRIN>

Funny thing is, no matter how high you go- it still looks prettier than that terrible Cayenne of Porsche's. I want to gouge out my own eyes every time I see one of them.

Follow-up question to this, though; does anyone know the maximum size rim you can put on this without having to roll the fenders? I was thinking 19" eventually, with just enough of a drop to eliminate the fender gap. (Maybe 1" or so).

Are there any good looking Lexus 16" wheels for our cars? I just hate the chrome ones mine has. I don't want to go aftermarket.

I do like the five spoke pattern that you tend to get with the 1999 to 2000. A homeboy of mine has 4 for sale, if you're interested. I plan on going to 18-19 maximum, then dropping just a little.

These cars were made to look much better on a larger wheel, I think. But 20" should be the maximum, unless you want to be in a rap video (no offense to the old Cutlass Supreme's riding on 26ers)

I currently have the chrome 5 spoke ones with the exposed lugs. Does he have the same style in silver?

yeah 18 or 19s dropped look good. even tho i have to say 19s fill the wheel well nicely. 18s are a smidge too small and 17's look like stock wheels on a 2012 corolla.

20's do look good. but u are pushing it when that size. u often have to drop it so low that drivability suffers in the long run. here is my car after i used supra mk4 lowering springs.

same car after paint job.

Yea the stock 5 spokes from the later models, they're quite sunken in though.

You can always space them out though right? I may start with that and see how it looks.

I had IS350 wheels on my stock suspension and and it looked terrible without a drop. The car sat too high.

Default stock springs on 18's

OEM suspension was probably sagging a little in these photos
