Can someone please direct me to the instructions for removing the center console to replace the LCD light bulbs and the hazard button light bulb?

I've searched all over the forums and cannot find this info. I don't need to remove the radio, or the dash. The cluster gauges are fine. It's the A/C controls that are losing light bulbs, and I understand this is an easier fix than the whole dash for the cluster gauges.

My car is a 5-speed, if that matters. Most of the info I've seen on removing the shifter console involves the automatic.

For 5 spd, I assume you just have to twise the knop off. The procedure for taking the center console would be the same. I think you have to take the radio off to take the A/C control out. Its an easy job once you get to the center console out, and the center console is easy to take off too. Just follow the info you found on taking off the console. Don't drop any screws if you do, you going to have to take out a lot more stuff to find that screw.

you don't have to ... the plastic attached to the leather boot just pops up(4 clips 1 in each corner pretty much) and then you can position it so you can take the center console piece off.
