Does anyone know how to...
Does anyone know how to disconnect the odometer on out cars without braking anything.
My warranty is about to expire if I don't do it...

thats illegal...I guess the only way to disconnect it is pull the cluster out
that is irrelevant, unless you plan on pulling out your ecu...if I am correct, the ECU records mileage as well

Don't do it. The DMV keeps track of mileage at registration. If there is a discrepancy, it will be noted on your title as: Warning! Not actual mileage. If that gets on there, it will hurt your resale value. Whatever you think you might gain by fudging your warranty is not worth it. Besides, odometer fraud is a crime. If you decide to do something like that in the future, protect yourself by not publicly asking others how to do it on the internet. It's a good way to get busted.

a better idea is..
I have a friend who's odometer just happened to STOP at 59K right before his warranty on his 94 Nissan 240 sx. He didn't rip into the odometer and mess w/the electronics like the DMV and others would cite.
Just find a lil hammer like Emerald suggested and get it to STOP.
He's been at 59K for 2 years. You'd be surprised how much the dealers and other places really don't care to look any further than just GLANCING at your odometer. They're not paid enough to be particular.
He's enjoyed 2 years of past the time warranty. DMV doesn't care either
