hey guys, just got an is300 steering wheel and both the wires on the is300 airbag are yellow and the ones coming from my car are 2 different colors. Noticed when i searched some seemed to have different colors on the airbag than i do.

how do i know which wires to splice together since both are the same yellow color??? And is it safe to just splice it with wire connectors and electrical tape?

I left it unhooked for now and noticed toyota makes an adapter type piece but im not sure that is for my application cause im fairly sure my airbag is a single stage.

I did a steering wheel swap from my '97 wheel to a '00 SC wheel. Both were single stage, so I used the adapter connector. Is the IS wheel single stage?

O ok, Im fairly sure its a single stage but ill have to double check, both wires coming out of the back are the same color so i dont know which goes where. If someone could help id appreciate it!
