Dude, nice try though! I thought you did a pretty damn good job with the LED's, and even though it was a "failed" experiment, this is exactly what we need, as some day someone will figure out a good way to fix the stock needles.

OK... I'm not one who gives up easily.
I'm not sure if I'll have time today, but the needles look bad because of the gaps between the LED's. This morning I tried folding the contacts up so that I can not only get them closer together, but I can solder them using less solder and reducing the overall weight. We'll see how it goes...
In other news and completely unrelated to this thread or any Lexus, I got my V10 swapped F150 to pass smog yesterday! Woohoo! Sorry, I just had to tell the world...

With her ears folded back, she does look like a Rat Terrier, but she's actually a pure bred Jack Russel. She also has a half sister from a Shih Tzu. We decided that makes her a Jack Shiht.
