It appears my headlights were ****ed with by the previous owner and are not able to be adjusted because i guess the lost the screw or something. I also noticed they were being seald in the back where the light bulb goes in with purple latex gloves.....wtf. Im not sure exactly whats goin on. Are there any aftermarket or oem that are reasonably priced? Do they make any with halos? Preff something that i wont have to modify to make fit... Or is that possible

Definitely hit up Ebay if your looking for the halo eye thing. They seem to have halo's for halo's......also you could make a post in the wanted section.
