Default Seat motors?

So I have a 1993 SC400 with a non working driver power seat. It does not recline, go down, or go back. I took it to Lexus, they did not remove the seat but told me I need 2 new motors. I also know that there is a little white piece that can go missing and cause the seat to completely not work. The seat clicks when I try to adjust it. I know you guys are professionals and would like some guidance and know what you think the prob could be. Thank you.

The seat has an ECU for each one under the seat, and the main ecu controller under the driver seat.
