this how i did the rear brackets.
removed original s2k mounting brackets off and welded the sc ones to it but i used a 1 1/4 inch square steel tube as a spacer to raise the seat up a little since it did sit a little low. excuse my welding skills don't bash on me i'm new to welding and i wanted to try it my self. if the welds ever breaks ill get it rewelded by a pro.

So I guess the width is exactly the same, you just have to hack off the sc300 seat brackets and attach them / weld them to the s2000 brackets? I would be afraid of them not aligning after welding, you'd almost have to set the bracket down and bolt it in and then tac it in place to ensure a perfect alignment.
