I need some help. Can a 96' front bumper fit on a 92'??

thanks i got one more question. Im trying to replace my horn but i cant find any triggers so im planing on replacing the whole steering wheel; is this alot of work and which steering wheel would be the best fit?

Buy a steering wheel puller. They make pulling a steering wheel a lot easier than trying to wiggle the thing off. You also need some theft proof, star head allen wenches. I'm sure that's not what they're actually called but they are like an allen head only star shaped and have a notch in the center to prevent normal heads from going in. These are for the airbag. just pull off one of the covers on the wheel to see what I'm talking about.

If you put on any aftermarket steering wheel without an airbag in VA then you won't pass the yearly safety inspection.
