Default Two questions - help me solve them =)

Okay so there's two things I've been lagging on getting around to, maybe I can get some input from you guys.

1. Dome Light Alarm Wire
Where the hell is this? I've searched online, downloaded a bunch of "wiring guides" and none of them point to a specific wire. The closest I've read was related to the door trigger. Anyone know what wire it is to connect to the alarm to get the dome light to light up on arm/disarm?

2. Door Handle Removal (OUTER)
I've seen a couple HT's on removing the door handle here, but I tried removing mine and I got as far as taking off the door panel and getting one 8mm bolt off from the inside of the door. From what I saw, there looks like another 8mm tucked back behind the rear window frame, but I can't seem to figure out how to get to that bolt. Then there's what - 1 or 2 metal poles to remove? And it looks like there's plugs too? Is this a pain in the you-know-what like it looks?

Thanks in advance guys.

I can get the wire diagram for you if you still need it later today.

I just read on here from a DIY, that the handle is actual one unit in itself. To remove the actual handle, there is a pin that slides through the whole handle. It must be cut/trimmed down and slid out. Then you can JB weld the new handle back in or buy another slide pin before the reassmbly. The LS400/GS400 handles in chrom is a nice upgrade look to the interior. Hope this helps you out man.

Ooops... I should have been more clear with my description - I meant the OUTER door handle. The reason why is because I want to get to the lock cylinder, hopefully remove it from the outer door handle assembly to clean it up (it was painted by the body shop and it annoys me)

So I looked it up and there isn't a dome supervision wire. But the factory alarm/disarm is what you were talking about because it's tied into the lock/unlock wire which is in the passenger kick.

Power Lock: green/yellow
Power Unlock: green/white
both are a negative polarity

I also tried looking the dome light up in alldata but it didn't say much. So I have that diagram that I can upload later tonight if you like. BTW sorry it took so long to post haha.

Hmm... I'm guessing the dome light supervision wire from the alarm (which is negative output) might have to connect to that green/white wire.

If you could upload the diagram somewhere it can't hurt.
