Looks like you got a great deal on a clean SC! Issues aside, you still got one hell of a bargain!

I don't care what that title says, if body and interior are in good shape that's a win.

I would buy this in a heartbeat reguardless of title. Swap the interior for mine and part out the rest of the car .

The way the guy was talking to me, about a month ago, was very fishy. Didn't know much about the car, told me there was aftermarket exhaust. Excuse me for not getting down on my knees because it started to rain heavily. When I was there, he hadn't even taken a vacuum to the inside, just put it out on the street. All I am saying is good luck with this one. Not trying to hate, just pointing out what I saw a month ago, he could have changed things because he was having a hard time selling it. I am actually quite envious of all of the SC owners as I am still on the hunt for that right one.

Not exactly true: I bought a 2003"lancer" for 4,900 and sold it for 18k whch they booked out a normal lancer and not a lancer evolution Score of a lifetime right there!!

Who cares what they say man. You sound savvy enough to make any repairs yourself. It's a damn clean car, awesome deal! My title is rebuilt and I could care less, it drives better than any car I've had before.

You (99rx) still should have kept your eye out/contacted the dealer on any change in the Sc price. Lesson learned and good luck with your search.

devinb30...Congrats! on getting a steal/gem in the rough. As many have stated above parts alone, worth the purchase of the Sc.

i realy "like" this guys that buy cars based on how dealer talks to them or if the car is vacuumt or not and the vibration on 50 mph something like that is very easy to find the problem (i got my sc fom under half inch of dust and i had to go buy a battery just to get it started ) i think that u just realized what deal u missed and u wana make the guy fell bad !!!
