How long before your restriction is lifted? You could have waited for 2.5tt or a V8 right?
Not old enough to drive a turbo or V8 but old enough to drink Carlton Draught?
Our beer is pisswater compared to that.
Australia is crazy for registering new drivers.
Take a look at the restrictions.

P1 drivers are from age 17-25.
But the same country limits you to only buying two 12 packs of beer in a 24 period.

I'm 20, it's legal to drink here at 18, considering I'm a bartender I'd sure hope so anyway.
It's not my beer as is, it was for the fellow fixing my car; his request. I just bought it for him as a thankyou.
I don't drink, however Draught is the most watered down, mellow beer I can think of.
Yes, I'm p2's and I'm on them for 2 more years. I could have waited but my 4cyl Celica blew its bi-pass hose and was not worth fixing (for me), I've loved this model car for years. And honestly, I'm not that interested in the turbo or 8. I'm happy with my purchase.

This is mine. Technically I'm in VIC, my license is. However I work in NSW.

Not really. Aside from ruining the marketability of a clean, straight and goodlooking P-plater car, not to mention the only one in this area.. if I wanted a turbo I'd have bought one. In 2 years, when it's legal for me to drive one. Considering I'm female, and wanted a nice comfy daily driver that looked good and wasn't a peace of hell commodore, I am extremely happy with this car.. not everything has to be a fuel-guzzling 7 second turbo or 8.
Here's after I picked it up from the bodyshop this morning. Dropped it off to the roadworthy guy afterwards.

Don't let them bugger you up on the car. I think it is a fantastic looking SC. I think you did well and especially for down unda! Yours looks about 100% better than mine at the moment. I am also one of those like you that appreciate the clasic SC and not modified or "ruined".
P.S. -Turn your tail on em and use those auto tracking James Blonde style rearward firing misslies on em eh!
Cheers!
