I am sorry, maybe I was trying to push my personal preference on others. I just can't stand when someone does a custom interior and does not change the seatbacks, door panels and such to match the seats.

maybe thats one of the leather kits that one of our members got from leatherseats.com....cuz they seem to wrap around the seats, etc.
dont think that's a custom job where he actually paid a bunch to make it intentionally look like that.
i'm pretty sure what he has now looks a lot better than what he had before..

It looks to me like the seatback and doors were left that color as part of the design more so than not finishing the job. The door armrests are recovered and the rest matches the piping on the seats. The leather color, on the other hand
