Re-intro
Hello all. I introduced my self and one of my cars several months ago in this thread...https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...cal-intro.html . Again thanks to all for the welcome.
I had many plans for this car as it was the oldest in the fleet, but I sat and thought about it for some time. I concluded it would not be worth it to sink all kinds of money into it when I can use the same money to get something newer. Well, the guys at S&O Tek down in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida came through from me once again. This is the second car I've bought from them; my 1st gen GS being the first. I highly recommend them for ANY AND EVERYTHING Lexus or Toyota.
The car is an SC400 with 170k. It has several upgrade with a few more to come. The kit is from Vertex, the wheels are 20x9 and 20x10.5 Vossean. Has coilsover, HIDs, wide front fenders, exhaust upgrade and three spoke steering wheel. Full details will follow alittle later, but just wanted to share really quickly.

Lmbo.....nothing much needed IMO. Definitely a roof spoiler, strut bars and maybe a vented hood. Way later, maybe a turbo. I'm so happy with it.
The car is still over at S&O Tek in Ft. Lauderdale so they can do the full maintenance, t-belt, water pump, plugs etc. The front fenders are FRP and need a touch up as well as the driver's seat base, which S&O are also gonna be take care of for me. Then, they are going to ship it out to Texas.

Thanks boss. Guess you got taken care of at S&O, because you've been by a few times. Stan and Omar get it done
Appreciate that. Will probably explore the potential and report to CL it as time passes.
That might be a possibility in the future. Kinda like the 350z trans swap. If it gets more popular then I just might go that route.

So I went down to Florida to check on my car yesterday. Just took a couple pics of the touch up repair in progress on the fiber glass fenders. Its the start of a few minor things that need to get done before I ship it to Texas.
Thinking of upgrading the hood instead of painting it over. There is a CF vented hood on the shelf I may go with. Still think about it.
Next up is the driver side front seat. Gonna get it re-done. Not sure if I'm getting it re-upholstered or replaced. Thats alittle later. Car should be out of the shop early nextweek.
Thanks again to the guys at S&O Tek for getting the car and the repairs co-ordinated.
