No updates mainly because I have stopped doing things to it as I wanted to sell it and get something a bit lighter. However as I iron out the small problems with the car it is getting better and better so I have decided to keep it and go all out...somewhat.
My dream car is a MKIV supra and I WILL own one within the coming years. My plan is to redo the lexus and start to put on parts that will be transferable to a MKIV supra when I actaully get one.
After sitting at a local meet just looking at the car I have narrowed my plans down to:
-Fix all the body and paint the car white myself(Won't be the best job, but white is easy to paint so it should come out ok, and be cheap)
-R154 swap the car
-2jzgtte swap(As it will be transferable to a NA MKIV)
-HKS supra coilovers(transferable), Black 18" Rims(not)
-Redo the interior in black and CF wrap
-Sound system(Add an Alpine r12 in the stock location)
All of these will of course take a while, but I have to start somewhere!!! Soon I will start ordering a few parts to get these rolling!!!

Hi and I'm happy to say that I am also a new owner of a sc400. Where is this "Lextech" located? I have unilluminated needles as well. Thanx George but I think maybe I want the stock look on the guages.......Maybe.......Not sure yet. I will post pics of mine just as soon as I can figure out how. (Old guy....not real strong on computer skills yet..Maybe never will be) LOL Thanx 4 a gr8 forum. I don't know if you can see my email address or not but if you can feel free to send me any info on how to fix those needles. The temp and speedo work, tach is hit and miss, fuel guage never lights. I'm also looking for the plastic part of the primary key. The one that has the remote for the doorlocks/ alarm? I have the original key but the plastic is broken and the button and battery ae missing. Thanx again
