skipping noise from radio

95 lexus sc 400 with crazy noise coming out of speakers, namakichi head unit and pulled it up in the search and it said bad unit or amp gone bad, any help appreciated

I had the same thing. I just put a new antenna and it went away. Don't know if that's the main reason but it worked for me.

It could be blown speakers, especially if you have stock. You can perform a test on the rear speaker, by connecting a working/small/cheap working speaker to the (+/-) connection behind the trunk lining.
