Should I trade my wheels for Supra TT wheels? Need opinion...

Or I could just sand and paint them... which would be pretty cheap. I really like the hyper silver look on wheels. I guess it comes down to preference on that versus chrome. I'm guessing both finishes would cost about the same.
LOL i know! When I see my car from the side I'm like damnnn she's beautiful. When I see it from the rear... I'm omg my wheels are so skinny. Those Supra TT wheels should fill up the wheel well quite nicely. Probably more comfortable too on the road going from an 18" to a 17".

Depends on the value of your wheels TT wheels aren't worth that much. TT wheels do come in good widths and clear bbk and if later on you decide to change wheels again TT wheels will be good spares. My last SC300 had TT wheels with Lexus centers and I loved them. I'd probably pick up another set.

Man I just couldn't do it. The wheels the guy had were just in **** poor condition. To get them refinished it just wasn't worth it.
I've been thinking about it more and if I'm upgrading I might as well get a set of lightweight wheels. The supra TT wheels are great because they are the stock offset and have a great width for a 17" wheel. If some pop up in good condition around my area I'd pick some up.
However! I've been really looking at some Enkei RPF1's.
Here's a thread on some SC's with them.

Super light weight wheels.
I'd get
17x8 45 offset running 245/45/17
17x9 45 offset running 255/45/17 or 265/40/17 or 275/40/17 not sure.
To get as close to the stock 50 offset as possible. 245/255 would give me nice neutral handling as well. My car has a tedency to oversteer with the 225's all around.
The best part is these wheels only weigh 15.5 to 16 pounds each! And are pretty cheap even brand new. Something to think about over the winter before I make my choice for next summer. Thanks for the responses guys.
Found an SC400 rocking 17" ENKEI RPF1's
Anyways I have a lot of time to think about this decision.
