Clear lenses, you could get the ebay halo headlights and take that lens
Clean lenses, you find a good pair for sale or you could get them brand new for like 400 bucks.

This. Buying a pair of the Ebay headlights and taking the lens off them could be a lot cheaper though but iv seen the $400 in person and they are just perfect. Extremely hard to find though. there is another company that makes the clear lens and dosent sell them for $400 but im pretty sure they dont look anywhere as good. Anyone know how well the eBay lens matches up with the housing of the OEM lights??

The lines are on the inside. Either way the headlights will have to be baked.
OP: As OLT mentioned there are many many DIY threads about this. Either delining them or installing clear lenses. Also there are a couple of clear lens for sale in the classifieds section.

Tried the bake sceen and it was messy! But if your going to go that rout then go all the way and polish the actual glass lense too. There are "drain Holes" on each headlight. So if your building up condesation in the headlights before you throw the headlight in the oven, check to see that the drain hole plug is not cloged. Mine was =/either way in order to do any of this you have to remove the inner wheel walls and remove each light. Otherwise head to your locale shop to clean up that yellow haze
