How the heck do flare like this
I'm wondering why or how to add a flare to a rear fender ? I really like it, any input would be awesome

Some serious massing of the fenders, and a lot of patience. I wouldn't doubt that you would have to cut and weld some pieces together.

id also say that there would have to be cutting and welding involved. i dont think a roller could ever go that aggressive.

I agree definitely some heavy massaging: cutting and welding. Hopefully you can get in contact with owner here on CL.

I remember a red sc I saw a year ago with similar flares. There was definitely some cutting and welding done. I dont remember the name of the guy and have been trying to find that sc again ever since.

I had the fenders flared like this on my s13, requires some cutting, pulling and some body work. A buddy of mine did a write up on it when he did his SVX, i'll see if i can find it and post it up for you.
In the meantime this is how my 240 looked.
