wow, sorry i did not address your thread topic at all. my apologies. as far as supra kits go, i personally do not think it would be worth it to put all the work into making it fit when i just dont think it would even look like. there are alot of Sc kits that really make the sc look stunning, check out some of the vertex kits, and also, if you are looking to get lowering spring or air suspension for this car if you keep it, hit me up im selling some stuff.

not really worth it unless you have the time to do so. kind of jumping on the band wagon here. my SC is just as trashed as this maybe even more. mine is simple gut the car and have a missle. so i dont have to worry about interior that much.

Yea it its gonna be alot, just taking me time with it. I figure a body kit because if most likely would get one anyway and it would have to be painted. So kill two birds with one stone on that. The interior is what worries me most cause the panels are hard to find at a fair price. So figure make the door panels n buy what I need for the trunk. basically if it need replaced, replace it with performance parts that I plan to get anyway.

Grind down the rusty parts, cut out if its rusted through, get a kit (may want to consider widebody due to rear fenders), fix the bushings (I assume every SC has blown bushings if you haven't done it), replace the panels, rustoleum all the rust you cant grind down on the underside, get it painted and you would have saved an sc from ye ol' crusher. sort of how I feel about my 85 yota 4x4 but it actually started out in a little better condition for its age.
The key is to cut/grind/blast all the rust off, then go from there. if you don't it will just pop back up again later.
bodywork is really not that much extra if you are taking it in for paint. it all adds up though so hopefully you are doing the rest of the labor yourself. Good luck and keep us posted on the restore. hit up our vendors in the classifieds for used parts like panels and such if you can't find it locally.
