I would ask him why they didn't stress-test the door handle area of the inner panels a bit better-

Next time I run into him I'll ask him, I'm sure he'll be up to it since he's a pretty cool down to earth guy. He teaches automotive design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena
Awesome! Wouldn't it be an amazing cyclical event if he helped sculpt the clear highs and fogs to update his original design?!! I can see it now! Though he might charge $150 an hour or something... Ok, never gonna happen, but that's strange that you know him :

In all seriousness, shipping would be a killer. But I could check the interest levels over here and if the numbers were enough maybe you could do a bulk shipment. Let me know.
Hopefully if they make them, it goes a little smoother than the rear lip did. There was over 50 people who said they were interested, and when it came time to pay up, we struggled to meet even the 10 minimum.
