You are welcome Tony! I really hope these work out as I believe they are the last set out there that are intact and not a part of someone's headlight assembly. as you know, I had to remove them from mine, so I now have no clear lenses...But, if you can get these done, and with even better materials, then it will certainly be worth it.

My LS400 needs new lenses. $300-400 to buy aftermarket non HID head lights just to get the lenses.

Clear lenses

UPDATE: Just met with manufacturing and its looking pretty good. They're going to get back to me tomorrow after they figure out details on costs for tooling and final production parts. Once I get a call from them tomorrow, I'll start up a new forum thread for the sale and we can start pumping out these lenses. Also spoke with them about doing the high beam lenses and they said it should be no problem.

Manufacturing said they'll work just fine After speaking to them, it looks like Lexan is definitely the way to go

If you can get more guys who are interested, we can certainly try to produce lenses for the LS400

Sure is great when things fall into place at the right time!

Can you ask them about doing the fog lenses [and clearing them out to match the lows/highs], Tony?
(Or having your Calty friend possibly tackle the task?? That would be most excellent; Breaking new ground!
It would also open up the possibility for owners to put some nice [visible] updated projectors inside their fog housings!

I will pitch in extra up-front costs to get the Fog project off the ground by myself if necessary!
(*If not now, in the future if the low beams sell well.)

I'm overly excited the project/s are moving foreward!
Can't wait to see the official group-buy thread.

If they do clear high and low beams but not fogs I'm thinking intrepid fogs will match nicely

Awesome news. I'm definately in for a set of lows and highs. Fogs possibly, but they are different depending if you 92-96, or 97+.

Count me in for a set of lows and highs. Now that I have confirmation from the manufacturer I'm in.
