First time Lexus buyer
Glad to be apart of such a great community!
I am a sooner to be owner of my first Lexus. I've casually have been searching for the "perfect" one.
A fan of the LS400 and Sc models I ran across a SC300 that has amazing potential.
However, I need some friendly expert advice.
Car stats:
Year: 1992
Model: SC300 automatic
Mileage: 69,000 original
All service records
Timing and water pump changed in 2008
Bbs rims Kumo tires
Darker red exterior
Interior pics look immaculate
Asking price: $5600 negotiable
What should I look for? Any common problems?
What do you guys and girls think?

Look at this thread.. All the info you need to check. I think for the asking price is fair just because of the condition you state and the mileage. It also depends on your area also....

Thank you. Should have checked the sticky link first. But I'm also interested in unique opinions of members.
As for the price. If I like what I see; and after its checked out, I'm going to offer $4800 and see what happens.

Welcome to the SC family. Another NCarolinian-what part? There's also a NC thread in the southeast section, make sure you introduce yourself there as well. You'd be surprised the amount of SCs running around? lol...good luck with your offer, let us know if the seller bites?
