What you're looking for is an agreed value policy. Hagerty and the like will write it, it's pretty cheap too but there are restrictions to qualify. For example, you MUST own another daily driver. Some of the less reputable companies will deny coverage on a loss if you use your car to drive to work or something since that's not considered recreational use. Make sure if you go that route, you read all the fine print. Google agreed value policy and you'll find alot of information on it from people in exactly the same situation.
