Default where to start?!

Firstly let me apologize i hope this thread isn't out of place or unwarranted! Anyways, I'm 20 and ive had my 99 sc4 for about a year and a half now, and i love everything about it! Like many of you id like to change a few things about the car, i just dont know how to go about it i was just hoping i could have some pointers on a few things!
A.) where the eff do i start for looking into a new exhaust?!
B.) h.i.d.s i have absolutely no clue what i need for those!
C.) just wondering what would be a good brand of wheels to look into.
D.) best way to black logos out.

again sorry if its in the wrong place, i appreciate all the feedback!

A) ClubLexus > SC300/400 > Preformance & Maintenance > SC Exhaust Thread
..here I'll even give you the link: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...st-thread.html

B) First read this: http://www.intellexual.net/hid.html
Then visit XenonDepot.com ..also use the search function at the top of the forum and you'll get millions of HID results that will show you what other members did.

C) Depends on your budget? Less than $1k? $1-2k? $2k+?
But be sure to learn about tire sizing, rim sizing and offset, fender roll/pull/cut before you decide on which wheels you get.

D) Plasti-Dip (look it up)

A final note of advise since you're only 20. What you have is an extremely rare and saught after car. Many forum members would kill to have one. PLEASE dont ruin it by putting on cheap mods, ebay parts, and PLEASE do you research before going forward with any mods! This forum is ripe-full of all the information you need to do the best mod, the right mod, and while saving yourself some money if needed. Just take the time to search for it.
Most young guys just want to flashy-est car on the street, and dont really care of the quality and work of mods done to their car - its a real shame.

Also, welcome to CL! Have fun with your car!

First welcome to cl.

A) You have a bunch of options, on exhaust, Blitz, Tanabe, 5zigen just to name a few. Really depends on how much you want to spend. U should youtube and look up sc400 exhaust vids to help you pick out which one u like

B)Google sylvania bulb chart (something like that) and it will give u all the bulb #s for the car

C) what ur budget? What size and look r u looking to go for? Look in the wheel classifieds. And i would recommend lowering the car first or at the same time.

D) IMO best/ easiest way it to plasti dip them, you dont even need to take them off the car to do so.

Ditto on the cheap mods advice. This is not a POS honda junker that needs to look like a ghetto ride.
OEM is nice whenever you can afford it. Lexus wheels from another model fit and look great.

Stay between the lines and you will be happy you did.

There's nothing wrong with going outside the lines or straying from the beaten path. If none of us did that from time to time we would all have identical cars. Don't just get lexus wheels because you think you have to. You should only get them if you really want them. The only thing that we are all stressing for you, is to make sure the parts you buy are quality, and the workmanship and time you spend on the car is quality. Sometimes this means not buying the cheapest parts out there, and sometimes this means having the car decommissioned for more than a day to make sure you do it right. But it's the price you pay in exchange for knowing that your installs are secure and will last for a long time and not leave you stranded on the side of the road or looking ignorant or cheap when you're driving around.

Rest assured I know the legacy of these cars, and would never be the one to tarnish it! My sc is my baby! Got her with 63k and just hit 85k! I just wanted to do a few tasteful mods.
