Default Drooping sun visor

Either I am not using the correct keywords to search, or I must be the only person to experience this problem (which I would find impossible to believe). The driver side sun visor is continually sagging and falling. Is there not a DIY to fix this problem, or is replacing the visor the only alternative?

I believe this isnt an SC specific question and more of a universal question that applies to most cars.

My uncle fixed his camry's and it went something like this
