They make a single push up/down power window mechanism?

Wanted to know if they make some device switch actuator thing to convert the power window switch to go up/down with a single push like newer model cars?

I installed it on my car and it works like a champ. Just do a search for it as there's a DIY if you're moderately handy with electrical.
